Stock Market Sale

Today again the market has gone down by more than 1% and people are started saying that we are getting the sale as there is a festival season. Just like the Amazon and Flipkart is having the big billion days where we have sale going on where you can buy stuff for less price than MRP, there is a sale going on stock market too.

I too have bought 3 ETF today, NiftyBees, Nifty Metal and Nifty 500 Momentum 50. NiftyBees because that's for Nifty 50, Nifty Metal because metal will surely go up in few days when the demand picks up. And the Momentum 50, because it have the 50 momentum stocks out of 500 stocks. Now once the market recovers, this momentum index will surely give the profit faster. Now for me I will boom the profit for all these ETF when it reaches above 3%.

Thus is just buying the dip and for buying the dip ETF is the best because since we know the ETF might not go down much, so you can buy the ETF now without any worry. And I will continue to buy the ETF even if goes down from here. And if I talk about stocks, then we can also buy the stocks but mostly the large cap stocks I.e. Nifty 50 stocks. Because small cap and midcap are the most volatile now and if you buy any stock which will go down by 50%, then you will lose good amount of money. And that's why doing SIP on the Nifty 50 stocks or Nifty 10 stocks. In this way your money will be safe little bit.

The market will be volatile for some time now and I feel it will be till the US election. Once the US election is favorable, then market will again rise otherwise it will be volatile itself.
