I have some of my Credit Card as life time free card whereas some of my card which are premium is being paid. Now the life time free card means that I don't have to pay any initial money or any renewal fee for thar card. And I can enjoy using it for my benefit. But the problem with all my life time free card is that they don't have much rewards.

The premium Card mot always comes with life time free benefits, but the rewards are quite good. If I talk about Tata Neu Infinity Credit card, it is a premium Card and I have to pay Rs 1.5K per year as a renewal fee but the good thing is I will get 1.5K Neu coin back so which means it's a free card, I just have to pay GST extra. But there are other good cards like Diners Club Black, Axis Atlas which are expensive cards, the charges are Rs 10K per year or above.
And after giving these charges you will be getting much more benefit. For example, the Diners Club Black gives a good reward points like more than 6%. So even if you spend like 1 Lakh with that card, you will get Rs 6K back. People who have the credit card usually spend most of their expenses using the credit card and there expenses goes up quite high. So a normal person who have expenses like Rs 80K per month, if he spends half of it in credit card then he can spend around Rs 5 Lakh per year.
And if he spends Rs 5 Lakh then using the Diners Club Black, he can get back Rs 30K which is much more than how much he has spend for his card. And that's why I said having the life time free credit card might not be good who are heavy spender. So if you are a heavy spender and spends most of your expenses using the credit card then you can use the premium credit card and earn more.

It's interesting how the dynamics of credit cards work! Lifetime free cards are great for no initial or renewal fees, but the trade-off is the lack of substantial rewards. On the flip side, premium cards like Tata Neu Infinity and Diners Club Black might have annual fees, but the rewards and benefits can outweigh the costs, especially for heavy spenders. It's all about finding the right balance between fees and rewards based on your spending habits. Thanks for sharing this insightful comparison! 🌟
