Early Retirement is not for everyone

The inflation is sky rocketing and thus the savings of average people have decreased a lot. Now because of that the retirement is getting a distant dream for many. For example, it is said that you have to save around 50% every month so that you can retire early. Now with inflation the 50% saving is not happening. People who were saving 30% is now only saving around 20%.

The other thing is that people only loved to work. Now they don't know what do after the retirement so even after they are financially free they don't like to retire because they don't know what they will do it after it. That's why it's good to have a passion or hobby, because that's what you can pursue after the retirement. For example, I like to click photos and thus that's what I am thinking to pursue after my retirement, but now it seems like its a distant dream.

When I started saving, my calculation showed that I can retire at 50 which is again 10 years early than the normal retirement age. And the calculation was done when I was saving around 30%. Now when the inflation is increasing the saving percentage is decreasing and that's why the retirement age has increased from 50 to 55. Might be whe the inflation increases more, I might not be able to retire early at all. That's why I am saying that early retirement is mot for everyone.

That's why people have lost a hope too. They say that why to save more, you can enjoy now because anyway they will not be able to retire early. If you don't enjoy now and if you can't retire early then in both ways you cannot enjoy. And that's why it's better to enjoy and don't think about the retirement early at all. And for these people also retirement is not an option.
