Bajaj Housing Finance Lists at 114% Over Issue Price

I have been Allotted one lot I.e. 214 shares of Bajaj Housing Finance. Today it lists at Rs 150 which is 114% up than it's issue price of Rs 70. After that it went more than 10% up and hit the upper circuit of Rs 165.

I have sold more than 50% I.e. 114 share at Rs 157 per share. I still have 100 shares more which I will be keeping for long term. This number of shares are basically my free shares. And I intend to keep it for longer duration. Bajaj shares are basically proved to be a multibagger earlier days and hopefully this can also turn out to be one.

Even though if it goes down, it doesnt effect me much because I have not risked my investment and taken out my investment and some more profit. Same thing I have done for Zomato shares too, and my free shares is almost doubled from that time. So yeah, its good to keep good stocks in the proftolio if you have got it from IPO.

Today I have also bought Hero MotoCop shares because there will be a new IPO coming from Hero and might be it can give shareholder quota. So that's why to be eligible for the shareholder quota I have purchased 1 share of Hero MotoCop today.

So yeah it was a good IPO which has given a good profit. Hopefully in future also the IPO craze should be there and might be we all can get some shares to enjoy the profit.
