1 US ETF Portfolio

Simplicity is actually not so common when it comes to investing. People try to over complicate things and try to do so many things because of FOMO but at last they cannot able to beat the index. So why spend so much time and energy when we can invest in 1 well diversified ETF and thus remain invested in it for long term.

I have created the video where I actually talked about how to select the 1 etf for your portfolio. Mainly when we select we should select the Broad Market Index. Now there are few broad market Index which are good, like VOO, VTI and VT. Now it's upto you how you want to structure your 1 ETF portfolio which can help you to create wealth for the long term.

Now when we select an ETF, the total returns for the long term should br good, the risk should br risk and it is well diversified. And if you can get any ETF which is good enough and it is good in all these parameters then it's good. Also we have to see the expense ratio of the ETF. The expense ratio should be less because in the long run these expense ratio can make a huge difference in your portolfio. Now VOO and VTI has the expense ratio of 0.03% whereas the VT has the expense ratio of 0.07%.

In my case I have started investing in the VOO and that is my 1 US ETF which I will continue for the long term. And I will keep it simple and continue investing in that for long term to get the good returns. I am investing around $100 per month in the US ETF directly using the IndMoney. Directly investing in the US ETF is much more rewarding than investing in the ETF listed on the Indian exchange.
