Thank you very much for this opportunity,my question is this.why is it that newbies find it hard to get votes,although I understand the importance of engagement in helping to build your network on hive and reputation on hive,but even after uncountable engagement,they still find it hard to get votes.please is there anything else to be done to get more votes

It is easier on Hive to get votes than it is on any other social media platform.
While Hive isn't huge, there are still a lot of people here making it hard to find everyone. I recommend engaging with other authors as the best way to get exposure early on. Don't just comment to comment though, add something valuable to the conversation. Don't try to serve yourself.
