I got some BEE as well and couldn't find where those came from. Probably from using Hive-Engine and their tools, but nevertheless a pleasant surprise. Thinking about how HE and TribalDex are growing, probably I will hold for long!

Bee is certainly one of the tokens that can be considered particularly stable in the hive engine, so I think it's a good idea to hold it.
Let's see, maybe it will become clear in the comments why the tokens are distributed. Let's hope that someone with special knowledge comes along. !WINE
