There are a few things that matter on the Hive blockchain in order to establish yourself amongst the communities and users from here. And I believe that the quality of the content and the consistency of publishing are two vectors that fuel real growth and sustainable. The truth is that no matter how much you try to circumvent or shortcut it, there’s no trick for growth on the Hive blockchain without these two. Real growth comes from publishing something valuable, that people want to share with their friends and community members, over and over and over. And to repeat this experience with a cadence that reminds us of a swiss watch. This will leave a mark in any reader mind and sooner or later will make them become followers and people that will rewarded your content.
While I must confess that I am not shining at any of them - quality or consistency - I have seen so many examples around me that followed this recipe and make it big. And they continue to do it, they continue to be present on the Hive blockchain each and every day, they publish interesting content and engaging with their followers or new members. And this not only creates a routine and order, but also its the path to sustainability. It is like building a house, block after block, sometimes you don't see the big picture, but at some point the shape reveals it itself. Thus, just need to stick at it, work on useful content and publish periodically to keep your followers engaged.
If you are not growing on the Hive blockchain at the expected pace, it’s most likely either a quality problem or a consistency problem. Here’s some points for improving either or both of them.
First you need to figure out your audience and how you can serve it in order to be appreciated.
Writing consistently is a grind and can be painfully sometimes when your brain might face blockages. Putting your thoughts in order, making a plan about what you'll be writing, thinking about the topics you want to address and learning continuously on them, should ensure a constant stream of subjects. In the same time picking what to write about should follow some points to make the best of it.
These are some of the most ingredients for real growth on the Hive blockchain even if are not easy to follow. Writing qualitative content compared to quantitative content is not easy and one might chose the second one for the thrill of some rewards. But from my experience, those will be short lived and will fade away in time. Thus coming with qualitative and useful articles will ensure longevity in this ecosystem and better rewards. In the same time as audience starts getting acquainted with specific topics and domain of interest, you should consistently provide it, otherwise someone else will tap into that need. Steadily, writing and learning in the same time on a niche or large domain, is the way to conquer the hearts of the curators within the Hive blockchain ecosystem. This is the way!

It's a process that gets refined with practice. I think these two are important metrics that we should look at to measure our growth on Hive. Consistency creates momentum that could eventually lead to an explosive growth.
Consistency is the key of growth indeed.
I do my best to stay consistent in my production on Hive.
How do you manage your work hours with the daily content production effort on Hive?
I must confess that not too good as my work is now like crazy. I have a big release for this year, maybe when that finishes I can breath more and have more time for crypto.
thank you
Peace

I actually notuce that ever since I have been consistent with posting and engaging on Hive, things have been very different
I am becoming more popular and even doing better than before
