New Hive blockchain communities created in August 2025

As I have come back with a monthly review of the new communities established on the hive blockchain, the mirror is set on August. Whether we'll discover new communities or specific niches or broader domains, it is always a good sign of growth and also where the interest is focused. During these retrospectives I could see even where industries are headed on as at some point there where quite a bit of AI related communities. But in the same time I always liked that new people are onboarding here and they discover new niches that they think about and establish. And who knows - from these communities maybe new projects are born on this ecosystem.

In August 2025 we had 17 new communities created on the Hive blockchain. What I like about them is that they bring quite a bit of diversity and that they have some good numbers already of onboarded members. This shows that there are still spaces to be filled in this ecosystem that represent specific or broader interest. For me communities bring the healthiest and organic growth, so I believe is important to see new ones and older one consolidate and expand. This can be looked also like forums that will live forever on the blockchain and that will bring meaningful information and discussions.

Top 3 Hive Communities - August 2025

1. Hive Margarita

This new space intent to be more than a destination and rather fulfilling nature, culture and passion! This probably is a community driven by passion for sharing regional experiences, although I need a deeper dive to understand it well. It succeeded already to onboard 68 members.

2. airhawk

A broader, open and inclusive community for general discussions and diverse content. It welcomes everyone to post freely on any topic and encourages broad interaction without specific limitations. A limitless community, but which for now has 58 members.

3. Shark Tank

This is a community I've also thought of establishing in the past, but after I've seen the effort that it requires to fulfil its nature, I gave up. I am glad others didn't and we might have in the making a platform for Hive creators and builders to pitch their projects. Investors and supporters can evaluate and back ideas in the multiple forms that we have here. A community that has 43 members and that has a lot of growth potential.

The new Hive communities established in August 2025 are quite interesting and encouraging for the entire ecosystem. The fact that we see people that we interact with at some point establish a community, it means that they want to do more and achieve more on this blockchain. And this is good for everyone as we continue to grow and strengthen our presence in the content creation while covering additional niches and domains.
