I was looking at the markets where Hive is listed and where you would get the best value, while not falling into a liquidity trap and have trust in the platform. And while it might be not on the first position, I believe that Binance offers the best value considering these factors. I don't mind KYC when I balance it with trust, liquidity and the multitude of trading. And actually I am pleasant surprised that Hive keeps being listed and traded on such a big platform. This surely brings visibility and appealing to this ecosystem governance token. So let's see a snapshot from the markets where Hive is trading.

It is fundamental for Hive to keep being listed on big exchanges, regardless if these are centralized or decentralized. Exposure to crypto trading markets and easiness of exchange is the brick of any token. With these the ecosystem would become closed and funds will not flow in any direction. Of course it would be better to have more money coming in and that be reflected in the token price, but I think with some more "restraint" tokenomics we could improve that.

I think Binance has listed Hive since its inception from the Steemit hardfork or close to it. This proved the exchange belief in the community governed approach and the freedom that such a move brought. And it is great to see it still keeping it listed, while I see un-listings on a daily basis. We are not anywhere near perfect, but we still do something good even if the Hive price has fallen hard. We just need to improve our spending and superficial DAO funding and the tokenomics from here might get positive signs. The start is the hardest and some whales might not want that or are in a sleeping loop, but I still hope this will happen. And with all the noise around me, I still try to keep my faith and continue being somehow present and active on this ecosystem. Cheers and see you around!

I think Binance also listed Hive because they interfered a bit during the Steem events leading to the fork and it was a gesture to the newly created community in my opinion, they didn't have to but I think it made sense for everyone. I am happy with Binance keeping us listed for the last 6 years for sure even when trading volume is low.
