i take on board your comment re spamming the comments and will avoid that in future. Thanka.
Re. counting heads, the reputation system will take care of that in time. It will be very difficult for alt accounts ti join the same meeting at the same time, so rep score would decrease, or at least not be increased if not attending meetings.
Also, the Trusted Reputation score is just part if the system, and the reputation score would mostly i think be based on feedback from questionnaires from direct peers following (or even during) the anonymous 8PAC meetings of eight people.

I understand your POV but I do not think it works like that IRL. If you tell me I will be treated based on my meeting attendance percentage, all I can give you is a blank stare - regardless of my general position on social scores (which is admittably eccentric).
BTW, base of eight (or any even number) does not sound right for voting purposes.
