Saturday Savers 2025 Progress Report - Week 49
I've run thoroughly late doing my #SaturdaySavers update this week, but here it (finally !) is 😀

Here's my table of progress for the week;
How Did The Week Go ?
The big news is..... on HPUD last Monday I powered up 3000 HIVE and hit my HP goal for the year. Woo-hoo !
I have to admit though that I did it by sacrificing my HBD goal, which had previously been on target. My logic was that with the current low price of HIVE, I'd get a lot of them for my HBD, which I very much did.
Additionally, I've had concerns about how rapidly HBD could hit the debt limit and apply a haircut. It is fair to say that when it comes to this kind of money, I'm pretty risk averse. Putting these two factors together it just made sense to switch HBD into HIVE and power a bunch of it up, particularly as the new reward structure after the recent hard fork means that the HP should deliver slightly better rewards.
Real life continues to kick my posterior, but I'm gradually starting to get back into the rhythm of posting - needed to make the most of the hard fork benefits !
I'm also starting to think about what my goals next year should look like. No firm conclusions yet, but I think I'll probably simplify it and focus far less on Tribe Tokens.

I'm normally very disorganised about saving, and the support of the wonderful people in #SaturdaySavers has been invaluable in keeping me focused. I can honestly say that without it, my HP would probably be half what it is now.
So join ! You don't have to wait until the start of the year. The best time to start saving is ten years ago. The second best time is right now !
