Saturday Savers 2025 Progress Report - Week 40

It's Sunday... that makes me a day late on my #SaturdaySavers update. But then I managed to miss last week's entirely.

Here's my table of progress for the week. Since I missed last week's update, I've included that as well.

How Did The Week Go ?

It's fair to say that most of the HP gained this week was down to powering up 20 HP on HPUD (post HERE.

Likewise, most of the HBD gains were from the monthly interest coming in - 36.259 interest, which is edging closer to my unofficial target of 40 HBD a month.

I still haven't been anywhere near as active as I'd like when it comes to posting, and even curation had to take a bit of a back seat this week (thanks Royal Mail for making me spend 2 days updating my website and all my eBay listings with your latest money-grubbing price increases....), but I've managed to make a start on catching up over this weekend.

It's worth mentioning that although I'm posting this on Sunday, the actual data just runs to the end of Saturday, so it excludes the activity I've done today. Also, if the spreadsheet looks subtly different, it's because I'm gradually switching across to using Libre Office. The plan is to de-Microsoft my life, although it'll take a while !

That's pretty much all there is to report this week.... hopefully HIVE prices will start edging up soon !

I'm normally very disorganised about saving, and the support of the wonderful people in #SaturdaySavers has been invaluable in keeping me focused. I can honestly say that without it, my HP would probably be half what it is now.

So join ! You don't have to wait until the start of the year. The best time to start saving is ten years ago. The second best time is right now !
