HPUD - Hive Power Up Day November 2026

It's the first day of the month, and that makes it Hive Power Up Day !

I've done my bit this month, powering up some of my liquid HIVE;

October has felt like even more of a roller-coaster of a month than normal !

It ended with Binance being hacked for over 6 billion dollars, which the US government is now pinning on the North Koreans. For a country which apparently doesn't allow it's citizens much internet access, they sure seem to get a good chunk of their GDP by pinching it from Western institutions. I guess it makes them good Communists if they can re-distribute capitalist wealth 😁

But what impressed me is that with all the volatility in pretty much every class of investments, HIVE's price hasn't been too crazy. It's slid down by about a cent, but a steady slide rather than the kind of drastic drops we've seen in the past. Compared to most assets, that's pretty good.

So now all we have to do is find ways to let the world know about all the fabulous things people are developing within Hive. It won't be easy, but I think that with governments across the world stripping away people's privacy through digital ID's and other legislation, we might be able to use our censorship-resistant and relatively anonymous structure as a good angle.
