Renting hivepower is not meant to be a profitable venue for both the renter and rentee by using excessive vote trading. You pay for influence and connection building, not a free lunch as well.

If that is the case, then why is there an HP leasing feature?
Don't act dumb, you can lease HP but using it primarily to vote trade thus make it profitable for both yourself and the person leasing it out comes at the cost of every other stakeholder.
Leasing HP may grant you growth over time such as connections, autovotes, etc, not circle trading with others doing the same or those who only vote you back because you voted them.
