Interesting read but there are at least two other goal setting systems I have read about. Off the top of my head I could not name them but I like that you mentioned journaling as one way to personal development.

There are quite a few other methodologies that are efficient and highly effective and in this post I intended to focus on some of the methods that I've personally adapted in my own life.
