In our country, for some years now, it has become customary to hold a celebration prior to promotions or graduations, which are named after the last bell. This name is given because it is the last bell the students will hear within that institution, and with which they bid farewell.

En nuestros país desde hace algunos años se ha hecho costumbre realizar una celebración previa a las promociones o graduaciones a las que les han colocado el nombre de el último timbre y recibe éste nombre porque es el último timbre que escucharán los chicos dentro de esa institución y con el que se despiden de la misma.

It is characterized by that moment when students dedicate themselves to scratching each other's shirts with messages and beautiful wishes, performing group dances, and playing fun, recreational games that help them share their last moments with their classmates, teachers, and all the staff who work within the school. A moment that we all experience at some point in our lives, and we know the emotion that comes with knowing that we will leave behind that color of shirt, that childhood, but that at the same time makes us nostalgic that it will be the last time we will be there as students. There are many mixed feelings, but with the joy and conviction that a new stage full of challenges and new things is about to begin.

Se caracteriza por ese momento en que los estudiantes se dedican a rallarse las camisas con mensajes y deseos bonitos los unos a los otros, realizan bailes grupales, juegos divertidos, recreativos que los ayudan a compartir sus últimos instantes con sus compañeros, maestros y todo el personal que labora dentro del colegio. Un momento que todos alguna vez en la vida vivimos y sabemos la emoción que nos causa saber que dejaremos atrás ese color de camisa, esa niñez, pero que a la vez nos causa nostalgia de que será la última a vez que estaremos allí como estudiantes . Son muchos sentimientos encontrados, pero con la alegría y convicción de que está por empezar una nueva etapa llena de retos y cosas nuevas.

To begin the activity, the teachers took a very nice initiative: using paint and a sheet of bond paper, they marked each child's handprints and had each one sign their signature. This was intended to be left as a souvenir at school. I must confess that I loved the idea.

Para comenzar la actividad los docentes tomaron una iniciativa muy bonita que fue utilizar pintura y una hoja de papel bond y marcar las huellas de las manos de cada niño y que cada uno le plasmara su firma, esto con la intención de dejarlo como recuerdo en el colegio, la verdad debo confesar que me encantó la idea.

In my school days, this activity wasn't so planned; once each student knew they had passed, they would spontaneously start scratching their shirts and asking their friends to do it. But now they set aside a specific day to do it, and it becomes a very nice celebration, and the family can be part of the moment.

En mis tiempos de colegio esta actividad no era tan planificada, simplemente al cada estudiante saber que estaba aprobado empezaba de manera espontánea a rallarse la camisa y a pedirles a sus amigos que lo hicieran, pero ahora toman un día en específico para hacerlo y esto se vuelve una festividad muy bonita y la familia puede formar parte del momento.

Personally, as everyone knows, I never miss any of my girls' school activities, so I didn't miss the opportunity to leave my message for my daughter and her closest classmates, with whom she'd been studying for the past six years and with whom she'd made great friends. Her sister and other family members weren't far behind and also enjoyed the moment with her.

Yo personalmente como todos saben no me pierdo ninguna actividad escolar se mis niñas, así que no perdí la oportunidad de dejarle mi mensaje a mi niña y sus compañeritos mas cercanos con los que había venido estudiando desde hace 6 años atrás y con la que había hecho grandes amistades. Su hermana y demás familiares no se quedaron atrás y también disfrutaron el momento a su lado.

The children had a very fun and entertaining morning. I loved seeing my little girl's happy face when she saw that she had reached a goal and that I was there with her to celebrate her achievement.
