Although it will officially offered to the public only starting 30 December 2024, the OffChain Luxembourg community token can already be purchased by the first 150 buyers (to comply with the European MiCA regulation)

Need more background on this OCLT and need liquid ones to buy or swap - any news about the token in general - is it a stablecoin? Not seeing value stats on H-E or Tribaldex :-) Can I stake this? @sorin.cristescu
The whitepaper is available from either https://plaza.lu (click on the hamburger top right then "Whitepaper"), or from https://www.offchain.lu.
There is a liquidity pool on TribalDex that works as often as Hive Engine works (and not more often 😄).
The order book is indeed mostly empty which reflects the fact that we miss a good salesperson (hence no "buy" orders) but all participants still believe in the project and refuse to sell OCLT (hence no sell orders).
But if you want to acquire OCLT from the Initial Token Offering you can send HIVE or HBD to @ocl-ito1 and you'll get a guaranteed amount of OCLT (currently 500 OCLT / €)

OCLT is not a stablecoin and yes, you can stake it. The stake is not producing any APR atm but it allows registered members of the OffChain Luxembourg a.s.b.l association to vote and participate in governance (https://dho.offchain.lu)
