Guhuai Langyage Greek Park: Visiting Yanqihu Mountain Park Area

I hope all is well with your life in all spheres you walk. I am again coming back in the Hive world to talk about my recent trip to the beautiful Yanqi Lake Park for the first time. I have written a few posts about Guhuai Langyage Greek Park: A Lakeside Area Mountains Park which is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy a sweet time with the nature. This mountain park area is a tiny portion of the whole Yanqihu scenic area which is located at the tail-like end of the big Yanqihu lake on which I have several blog in my previous visits. The total Yanqihu Scenic Area is a complete tour package which is a 4A tourist spot in Huairou district. I learned about the new look of Yanihu Lake which I hadn't seen on my previous trip to this area. It was a great tour to add to my Huairou excursion.

Before you read this blog, I think you should check out my previous blog on the main Yanqihu lake area where the view is also very charming that I have written earlier with some beautiful clicks in these blogs, "Amazing sunset at very close to the nature" and, "Nature's game with flying clouds on the mountain top" which are about my previous tour of the area around the lake during different times of the season and times of the day.

At first glance, the place will definitely draw your attention with its stunning natural beauty and greenish surroundings, especially in summer or in spring season as the winter is very different, I will cover this in the future. It looks and feels like a fairy island! Crystal and clean black roads go through the mountains, a big lake with clean water and the sound of birds and other animals, and green mats on the ground altogether make the complete view a truely picturesque one.

As summer is in full swing the weather is quite hot but I have visted the area in late afternoon, so the temperature was very comfortable. The leaves on the trees were deeply green and there were many kinds of trees with beautiful flowers on the ground and large trees with dark greenish views.

My university campus UCAS site is close to Yanqihu Park Area just at the end of a mountain that can not be seen here but from the lakeside view I can explore the stunning view of the campus. The city area of Huairou is about 14 to 15 km away here. An easy way to get to the lake side park is by bus or cab but I came here from my institute by my own bicycle as always I do.

The most important and enjoyable thing for me is that the Yanqihu Amusement Park which is around 5-10% of the total Yanqihu Scenic Area costs around 60 RMB for a ticket but all the other areas including this tiny forest park area are completely free of cost to explore.

I have visited the amusement park and the park is actually children oriented one where are many rides with different cost levels. The prices are pretty high with almost 30-40 on most smaller rides and some are up to 150 RMB for some costlier ones, but they can be lowered with some combo tickets that can be purchased with different options. Some of those rides were really fun, so I think these combo tickets are a great idea with your family.

But for this mountain park area, there is no such rides except some beautiful walkways with some garden and lakeside views from different angle and the mountains exploration with stunning views from different locations.

The first thing I did was go on a round around the whole lake, except the mountain part as I can't take my bicycle on the mountains. Mostly of the covered area is so beautiful like scenic surrounding where many resorts are located.

Even though the park area was not a very big one but for a walk you can spend several hours by the lakeside roads. Also, it was so beautiful and calmness was everywhere to enjoy your own time there. The water of the lake will frozen in winter and now it is very clean and clear.

After I explored the core area of the park I walked to my next location, where I planned to walk to the lakeside view areas prepared with wooded stand at a specific side of the lake which was very close to the lake to get a better view of the lake and the mountains surrounding. And this really is the best thing about going to this lovely park.

Several places along the way to the park were quite amazing from different points of view. And these are the best spots for taking pictures or having photo shoots.

But unfortunately, I found less amount of people to this deeper side of the mountains park as most of the people always visit the front side of the lake and this forest park is quite backside and a little bit far from the crowded area just by the mountains.

It was amazing to have such tours to an amazing place like this with the beauty of nature to enjoy and lose myself away from the whole busy life!
