I noticed one of these skinny pancake places in Chicago recently. Now that I see what they got I have to try it out now. Also if you really want to have an exotic skinny pancake try going to a South Indian restaurant and ordering a Dosa. It is a massive crepe that you tear bits off of and dip into various sauces.

I've actually had Dosa before. It was delicious! In fact, we have a restaurant in my town called Idli Dosa. It's pretty popular and one of the few Indian place in the area.
They are so good, the little idli cakes are also good my wife even bought an idli maker. I would have never known about dosas if it weren't for accidentally ending up in an Indian restaurant on a road trip in Wisconsin and I saw another guy order one.
