Visiting Fantasea Resort in Misamis Oriental

Hello, Happy New Year everyone. I hope you have a wonderful start to the year. This is my 22 days here in the Hive platform and I am so happy and very thankful for all the curators, and my new friends. Let me share my quick visit to this new resort I've found here in Misamis Oriental. The entrance fee here is very affordable and you can experience white sand but the beach is not that wonderful because there are lots of sea moss and corals. I did not bathe because I was afraid. After all, it was not sand. 😁

Some people here have a tent and want to stay overnight. Their parking space was spacious and could accommodate many vehicles. When we arrived at the destination only a few families were here.

But for me, this is a perfect place if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you want to relax and emote this is a place to be.

This boat was parked here, this place we stayed is on the next beach because we can stay here for free. I just took a few photos of the place, the sand, the rocks, and the corals. I am a hopeless photographer 😁 I hope you like what you see. These are the photos I took:

Only a few people went into the sea to have a bath. There are no tides and you have to go far to get away from the sea-moss.

They said that this "lumot" sea moss would be gone if it was high tide. I did not dare to dip because I was afraid that I might step on a sea creature. 😆

The weather was fine and it was low tide. The sea was very calm and no waves were coming. It was a good one to reflect on and just sit down on the beach. I came to this place to relax and reflect on the things I did and did not do. I want to release my stress and get connected with nature.

To get to GTG FantaSea Beach Resort you can ride a bus from Cagayan de Oro and this is just a 1 hour and 30 minutes ride. You can either walk in or book through their Facebook page. You can have a bonfire at night and you can do team building with your employees here because the place is good for team building and the place is very spacious.

This is just a quick tour of the place and after staying for one hour we went back home. I hope you enjoy my blog and see you soon! Peace! ✌️
