Awesome and interesting post, Ed! I'm fascinated with history! My great-grandfather came from Scotland, I need to ask a cousin who's been doing a family tree from where he came.
The 1100's was a very very long time ago. I always wonder how life was back then! I love those old buildings, awesomeness!

Life would have been so different back then to what we know now. I mean just take the last 40 years and how life has chenged, let alone almost a thousand years ago!
