Hello everyone, today I am going to share with you a short walk to a beautiful natural water source which passes next to Durania, a town in Colombia.
I think that sometimes we forget to encounter our own inner nature and we focus on surviving the day to day of working, eating and sleeping and we forget that we are made of nature.
For this reason, every time you can, give yourself the freedom, just as I did, to encounter it anywhere in the world, you will always find nature, so give yourself your space to be in it. You don't know how much it will help you.

creo que aveces olvidamos encontrarnos con nuestra propia naturaleza interior y nos centramos en sobrevivir del dia a dia de trabajar, comer y dormir y olvidamos que somos hechos de naturaleza.
por esto cada vez que se pueda brindense la libertad asi como yo lo hice de encontrarse con ella en cualquier lugar del mundo siempre encontraras a la naturaleza asi que date tu espacio de estar en ella no saben lo mucho que estos los ayudara.
