Exploring the beauty of Cabagnow Cave and Pool in Anda, Bohol, Philippines 🇵🇭

Since it was a Tuesday, and we have a day off, my husband and I decided to visit the municipality of Anda, as he had never been there before. We passed through many municipalities along the way especially since our destination was quite far making for a journey of nearly four hours. When we arrived, we noticed there were few tourists, likely because we had set out early, that gave me the chance to take photos showcasing the beauty of the Cabagnow cave and pool❤️.

I was planning to take a dip and jump into that cave and pool, but I had doubts and honestly, I really have fear of heights. 🥹 I enjoyed watching the tourists swimming and jumping into the cave, there is a four-meter ladder there for jumping in, and you can easily climb back up because of it. You can also see in the picture just how dark blue the water is and how obviously deep it is☺️.

After my husband kept urging me to try jumping into the cave pool, I finally gave it a go. I realized that while it’s nerve-wracking and scary at first, once you actually jump, you start to enjoy it and even want to keep doing it over and over😊.

In this picture, I was really lucky because my husband was incredibly supportive, he even prepared a lifebouy for me, hehe, right when I jumped in. We didn't stay long swimming in the cave, though, because the number of tourists flocking to the cave pool was starting to increase🩷.

Afterwards, we also stopped by the famous zipline and cable car spot, but we didn't ride them because I was still scared. my fear of heights is still there. 😄

I just took a picture here as a memento of my visit,the view is really beautiful, and even though it's very hot, there's still a breeze. My husband always teases me about riding a zipline, but I don't think I'm ready yet hehe. I'll just take it one step at a time in overcoming my fear of heights.

On our way home, we made a quick stop at a store to buy bottled water, since there was a park right across the street, we decided to drop by, and my husband happened to snap a photo of me doing a jumpshot,jumping pose. Hehe.

This pose was just a bonus from a shot my husband didn't quite capture right, hehe😁. Then we headed home so we could relax.
