Today, my husband and I went out to look for a nice venue for my grandmother's upcoming 80th birthday, and we happened to pass by this lovely place. Hello everyone. to my fellow hivers, friends, and followers especially to the active travel lovers of @worldmappin Community, it's me again @clarabels Happy Monday😀 may you all have a great weekdays ahead 😊 and for todays travel blog adventure I am thrilled to share with you all about this peaceful scenery of The buzz Abatan firefly river view in Abatan Maribojoc Bohol Philippines ❤️ without further Ado let's go.
While traveling with my husband, we passed by this beautiful peaceful place. We didn't hesitate to stop and explore the place, as soon as we parked, we were immediately greeted by friendly receptionists, and I can say the ambiance place is absolutely wonderful 😊.
As a Boholana, it makes me proud to hear that the province of Bohol has become a UNESCO Global GeoPark and it is the first and only in the whole Philippines ☺️.
Upon entering the place, I was mesmerized and struck by the beauty of the river, its beauty was evident, and the hills were clearly visible as well.
Did you know that this place fills up with fireflies every night? It’s even more beautiful when guests ride the boat along the river, with fireflies constantly following alongside😀.
They offer canoeing here, especially at night for guests who want to go firefly watching. You can also see a wide variety of fish here. What makes this place even better is that it is clean and incredibly peaceful❤️.
As we walked around, we also saw the function hall, which is perfect for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
And I like this place even more because they also offer organic ice cream—flavors like malunggay, ginger, mango, ube, and others. all of which are organic. It’s perfect for eating ice cream while gazing at the river view and also for beating the summer heat.
It is also an excellent choice for guests who love watching the sunset or sunrise, as they offer inns here perfect for those interested in firefly watching at night who prefer not to travel far.
My husband and I discovered so many beautiful scenic spots today, and I can truly say we were satisfied with the views we saw. This is just the beginning and we will make a greater effort to explore the entire area of Bohol. 😊

I try to imagine what you said about the fireflies at night while canoeing.. that must be a stunning view.. i love photography especially with nature, that must be a very good subject to photograph..
I also love the native theme of this place.. you will surely feel at home
