happy weekend to my fellow Hivers friends and followers especially to the active travel lovers of @worldmappin community it's me again @clarabels and for today's travel blog I am excited to share with you all about this stunning peaceful river view here at Abatan Bridge Maribojoc, Bohol, Philippines 🇵🇭
This morning, my husband, our 15 month old baby Zenaiah, and I travel going to Tagbilaran City to go grocery, shopping and sightseeing. As we were passing the intersection at Abatan Bridge, my husband and I didn't hesitate to make a quick stop to admire the view.

Vehicles are no longer allowed to pass through this section of the bridge because it is dangerous. The side of the bridge cracked due to the unpredictable earthquakes and aftershocks last year in 2025.

There is a small staircase by the side of the bridge, and as we went down, you could see in the picture how beautiful the Riverview is. it is truly relaxing just by looking at it allows you to appreciate the pleasant breeze and the peaceful atmosphere of the place.

The picture also shows many small boats moored along the river. the residents of Abatan primarily make a living by fishing and gathering large, fresh mud crabs to sell, while some of the elderly engage in nipa weaving.

When we went back up to the bridge, I took a picture of my husband holding our baby, Naiah, who was fascinated by the view below watching the mult of fish. It’s a perfect spot for reflection or just hanging out with friends and family while appreciating the beautiful scenery.

Afterward, we continued our journey to Tagbilaran City to do some grocery shopping. We were absolutely delighted when we saw the river view from the Abatan Bridge. It wasn't an extravagant spot, but the joy written in our faces and our expressions showed that it was an unforgettable experience for us.

And that's it for today my fellow travelers☺️ I would like to say Thankyou for taking time reading my humble blog. This really means a lot to me ❤️ and See you on my next travel blog adventure. buh-bye🙂

All the photos are mine and captured using my phone realmeC71 and the first leading thumbnail photo was edited to Canva.
