Welcome to the Most Trending Tourist Spot in Impasug-Ong Bukidnon Communal Ranch

I was invited by my friend to join them at Communal Escapade a few weeks ago, although I had been here and never resisted visiting this place again. Communal Ranch became one of the most trending tourist spots in Mindanao recently and became famous for its mini New Zealand look-alike.

I already heard about this place way back in 2018 when I was supposed to be in Manila. A friend of mine lives nearby here and told me if I had been there. My first visit to this place was way back in 2020 with my daughter. It's not that crowded; before, there weren't many people who heard about this place.

Before we took a bus and habal habal to get here, but now since a friend of mine has a car and I took for granted the invitation to get to Communal Ranch for free, I made a perfect decision to visit here again that seems like a paradise to my eyes.

We started traveling from Cagayan de Oro around 7 am in the morning. We brought some food to eat while traveling. I really like traveling; it's my stress getaway and reliever from too much burnout working online. What a refreshing air at Bukidnon; it is surrounded with green mountains and trees around. We traveled for 3 hrs, and we arrived at almost 10 am in the morning.

There are some vloggers from other social media who usually visit the communal ranch, and it is already known on social media about this one-of-a-kind tourist spot and how it became one of the most visited by tourists. The road is rough, but unlike before, the road is worse, as it was not yet developed in 2020, and the government of Impasug-ong, Bukidnon, decided to develop the road so it is easier to access for the tourists who would like to explore this place.

How to get to Communal Ranch by Bus :

1.You can take a bus going from Cagayan de Oro Bus terminal at
Agora to Malaybalay and just tell the conductor that you would
like to stop at the Impasug-ong tourist office. The bus fare
costs 200 pesos to get to Impasug-ong.

2.When you're at the Impasug-ong tourist office, you need to pay
an environmental fee of 25 pesos, and they will give you a
ticket.

3.Beside the tourist office, there are habal habal motorcycles
that you can pay the driver for 700 pesos back and forth, and
the driver will wait for you until you finish roaming around the
communal ranch.

4.Before you can enter the communal ranch, you need to give the
ticket for the environmental fee to the ticket collector.

Then you can see one of the most amazing views in the Philippines: the green mountain with the green grass that looks like a paradise to my eyes. I cannot explain the happiness that I’ve felt that I’m back again here. How I wish that this place were close to my city so that I could visit here anytime.

Communal Ranch was being visited by more people after the shoot of the famous Philippine actress Angel Locsin and actor Piolo Pascual. I remember that my friend mentioned that to me. They shot in the man-made lake beside the green mountains of the communal ranch.

You can also do the horseback riding, but I wasn’t able to do it because I am afraid of horses, but some are doing horseback riding and seem to enjoy it so much. After our communal ranch adventure, I dropped by to see my relatives in Bukidnon because my friend who invited me will be going to Davao, and I cannot come with them for some reason.
