A Sweet Monday Birthday Surprise To Our Friend Nurse To Start The Week!

How are you all today? I hope everyone is doing well and happy right now. It's been a while since I posted in this wonderful community. Here I am again, @lj1728 to share another simple life story with you all.💕

Yesterday felt like a fresh start because it was Monday, the beginning of another busy work week. I arrived at school feeling motivated, ready to face new tasks and responsibilities. Little did I know that the day would turn out to be extra special, not because of work, but because of surprise we had been secretly planning.

It was the birthday of our friend, the school nurse. She is someone who is always there for everyone, whether it's a simple headache, a minor wound, or just someone needing comfort. Because of that, we, her friends at school, decided she deserved to feel extra loved on her special day. We agreed to surprise her with a cake and simply share the cost among ourselves.

By lunchtime, I was assigned to buy the cake since I live near LCC, where we planned to buy it. After eating lunch at home, I headed straight to the grocery store. Thankfully, there weren't many people since it was still lunchtime, so I was able to choose peacefully. There were so many beautiful cake options displayed with different flavors, sizes, and designs. For a moment, I remembered that her favorite flavor is chocolate. Without hesitation, I chose a rich chocolate cake and asked them to add a short birthday dedication on top.

Carrying the cake carefully back to school, I felt excited and little nervous. we quietly gathered outside her clinic and prepared everything. When we finally walked in and surprised her, the look on her face was priceless. She was genuinely shocked and kept saying she didn't expect anything at all. Seeing her smile so brightly made everything worth it. A simple gesture that brought so much happiness!
