I like the idea of a roadblock being an impetus for redirection. Sometimes we become so focused on our goal that roadblocks can paralyze us. If we take our eyes off of the end goal for a moment we can look around and find a way around the roadblock then shift our focus back to the end goal once the roadblock has been overcome.
