Fractured soul

Here's a poem about a broken heart:

"A Fractured Soul"

My heart, once whole, now lies in pain,
A shattered dream, a love in vain.
The pieces of me, like fallen leaves,
Scattered, lost, and hard to retrieve.

Tears fall like rain, a relentless beat,
A sorrow that echoes, a heart that bleeds.
Memories of you, a bittersweet refrain,
A longing that remains, a love in vain.

Time, a thief, stole our love away,
Leaving me with just a faded ray.
I'm left to pick up the pieces of me,
To mend a heart, that's broken, wild, and free.

But even in darkness, a light will shine,
A heart, though broken, will heal in time.
For love, though lost, will forever remain,
A memory, a scar, a heart that still feels the pain.
