The prompt today is large.

My grandfather died last year and left me only one thing. A large pair of brown shoes.

I was angry. My cousins got land, got money. I got large shoes that could not even enter my leg.

I kept it under my bed for months. Today I wanted to throw it away..... As I carried it, something fell from inside. Gbim.

It was a small folded paper. I opened it. Inside was a key and a note.

The note said "Go to my old wardrobe, open the bottom."

My heart was beating fast. I ran to his room. That old wardrobe nobody opens. I opened the bottom drawer with the key.

There were three large bundles. Money. Plenty money wrapped in old newspaper. And a letter.

The letter said "I know you are the only one who will not sell my shoes. That is why I left it for you. The shoes are large because the journey ahead is large."

I sat on the floor and cried.

My grandfather did not leave me shoes. He left me a future.
