“The upper hand is mine “ I tell myself this exact sentence when the pressure becomes unbearable and all I feel like is to blow up at everything and everyone who crosses my part but I do the opposite.. shutting up.

I keep shut and could remain that way for the next few hours until I most times sleep it off and then have gotten myself back.

Just as we annoy others sometimes, we get that in return too but the manner of approach is still very much vital and of course, gives one an upper hold over themselves.
