Leading people is not an easy task. It requires qualities like honesty, trustworthiness, discipline, faithfulness to members, and courage. A leader can be either good or bad. A leader is a light to his/her followers
There are different types of leaders: Democratic leaders, Religious leaders, Community leaders, and Political leaders.

Procedure for a Leadership Contest
Party Rally and Campaign: This is when the party goes from place to place to introduce themselves to the people.
Party or Organization Agenda: This is essential in the contest, involving telling the people what you are going to do and why they should vote for you.
Organization or Party Values: This involves assessing the values of the organization to check whether they have a good reputation or not.
These are the concepts of a contest, determining if the organization will win or not. So, a political contest is like a challenge between two or more people, parties, and organizations.
