Pront: Un estereotipo.

En nuestra vida, estamos llenos de patrones desde el momento en el que nacimos. Cuando somos pequeños, nuestro patrón de vida no los da la familia, y es aquí cuando nos encontramos con el primer estereotipo social al que pertenecemos o creemos pertenecer, y lo hacemos público, cuando en una conversación decimos: “Yo vengo de una familia unida y tradicional”. Ahí, ya estamos hablando de un estereotipo.

Entonces, podemos decir, que los estereotipos, no son más que las construcciones culturales y sociales, creadas en el entorno de un grupo humano. Por eso, podemos decir, que la formación y creación de estereotipos, es un proceso común y natural de cada individuo, ya que siempre se nos hace más fácil pensar y conocer la realidad con una base común o por medio de una categoría conceptual.

Esto nos permite, tener un basamento, para poder entender, saber y enfrentar las nuevas situaciones que se presentan en nuestra vida. Ese sería el lado positivo de lo que es un estereotipo. Sin embargo, también debemos entender que hay un lado negativo y realmente perverso del estereotipo.

Y este se da, cuando usamos dichos estereotipos, para esconder, ocultar o disfrazar las realidades. Cuando los usamos, para negarnos a nosotros mismos y tomar la figura o la forma de pensar y de actuar de alguna otra persona y tomarla como propia, solo con la intención de ser aceptado, o de sentirse diferente a un grupo social.

Este aspecto negativo del estereotipo, es el más conocido por la sociedad y lo vemos mucho en personas que no tienen personalidad propia, que asumen posturas, discursos, formas y maneras de otras personas.

Lo vemos mucho en las mujeres, que por frivolidad y por el impacto de los medios y la publicidad, terminan por no aceptar sus cuerpos y mandan a realizarse operaciones estéticas, con el fin de seguir los estereotipos de la supuesta mujer hermosa, impuesta por los medios.

Lo mismo pasa con los políticos, los líderes de audiencia en los medios y las redes sociales, y así se ven influenciados todos los estratos sociales, que asumen formas de vestir, de hablar, cambian vocabularios, asumen gestos y formas, a través de los estereotipos sociales impuestos a través de los medios y las redes sociales.

Y es este lado negativo de los estereotipos, el que debemos identificar y combatir, ya que el mismo, elimina la individualidad y la autenticidad de las personas, y hace totalmente manejable a las sociedades, que terminan actuando y aceptando los mensajes de los líderes políticos, económicos y tecnológicos a través de los medios.

Logrando esto a través de los cambios de pensamiento y de tendencias de las personas, a través de los estereotipos, propagandas y mensajes permanentes, lo que lleva a esa parte totalmente estereotipada de la sociedad a seguir las acciones y las decisiones de los líderes y gobiernos sin cuestionar. Siendo este una de las bases del manejo de la sociedad

Pront: A stereotype.

In our life, we are full of patterns from the moment we were born. When we are small, our life pattern is not given by the family, and it is here that we encounter the first social stereotype to which we belong or think we belong, and we make it public, when in a conversation we say: “I come from a united and traditional family.” We are already talking about a stereotype.

So, we can say that stereotypes are nothing more than cultural and social constructions created in the environment of a human group. Therefore, we can say that the formation and creation of stereotypes is a common and natural process of each individual, since it always makes it easier for us to think and know reality with a common base or through a conceptual category.

This allows us to have a foundation, to be able to understand, know and face the new situations that arise in our life. That would be the positive side of what a stereotype is. However, we must also understand that there is a negative and really perverse side to the stereotype.

And this occurs, when we use such stereotypes, to hide, conceal or disguise realities. When we use them, to deny ourselves and take the figure or the way of thinking and acting of some other person and take it as our own, only with the intention of being accepted, or to feel different from a social group.

This negative aspect of the stereotype is the most well-known by society and we see it a lot in people who do not have their own personality, who assume positions, speeches, forms and manners of other people.

We see it a lot in women, who, due to frivolity and the impact of the media and advertising, end up not accepting their bodies and send aesthetic operations to be performed, in order to follow the stereotypes of the supposed beautiful woman, imposed by the media.

The same thing happens with politicians, audience leaders in the media and social networks, and thus all social strata are influenced, who assume ways of dressing, of speaking, change vocabularies, assume gestures and forms, through the social stereotypes imposed through the media and social networks.

And it is this negative side of stereotypes that we must identify and combat, since it eliminates the individuality and authenticity of people, and makes societies totally manageable, which end up acting and accepting the messages of political, economic and technological leaders through the media.

Achieving this through changes in people's thinking and tendencies, through stereotypes, propaganda and permanent messages, which leads that totally stereotyped part of society to follow the actions and decisions of leaders and governments without question. This being one of the bases of the management of society
