Una de las situaciones más importantes en nuestra vida es la construcción y la creación de relaciones personales, comerciales y políticas, debido a que estas relaciones nos pueden ayudar a mejorar y crecer en los diferentes ámbitos de nuestra vida.

Y esa realidad la vemos de manera permanente en nuestro día a día; por ejemplo, cuando estamos en clases, ya sea en el liceo o en la universidad, nuestras relaciones en el área académica pueden significar en un futuro una recomendación para un trabajo, la creación de un grupo de investigación o los componentes de la sociedad de una empresa.

Lo mismo pasa en el área laboral y personal, donde las relaciones sociales que logramos construir pueden ayudarnos en diferentes situaciones, y donde podemos acudir a ellas para que nos apoyen en diferentes circunstancias, así como ellas podrán hacerlo con nosotros, lo que hace que las relaciones sean activas y dinámicas.

Por eso, en muchas ocasiones, cuando nos conseguimos en situaciones de ataque a nuestras posiciones o personas en el ámbito laboral o personal, muchas veces apelamos a ella, en búsqueda de apoyo y en esos momentos de depresión, donde vemos qué tan fuertes y sólidas son las relaciones que creamos y construimos.

Y esta realidad sobre las relaciones y sus fortalezas la podemos ver a nivel micro en nuestra vida diaria, pero también la podemos ver a nivel macro en las relaciones entre países, empresas e instituciones.

Por eso, al ver lo importante que son las relaciones, la convivencia y el apoyo, es muy importante trabajar en un proceso de creación y de fortalecimiento de las relaciones a todo nivel, basadas en el respeto, la aceptación y el apoyo mutuo, ya que estas son las relaciones que prosperan y se fortalecen con el tiempo.
