The project started very well, it was handled by an indigenous contractor. At a point the contract was delayed, the road was messed up and the dwellers of the environment started suffering again because of bad road road.

Everything was paid , but the contractor failed to play his part, it was not nice. The painful part is that he was a political appointee but could not deliver the project he was asked to and could not account for the money. The citizens were angry, they kept shouting, crying but nothing was done on till the new government set in . Then the contract was awarded to another company and they undertake the project.
