Oshie was looking for that particular textbook to complete his thesis, but the book was not available in any of the bookshops around town. The only option was to place an order from another state, so he sent money to a friend in Enugu state. After two weeks, the friend called and told him that the book could not be imported.

A week later, he sent someone else, and when the person returned with the book, Oshie was surprised, as he had expected him to say it couldn't be imported either.
