In many African countries, especially in the villages, elders once gathered children in the evenings to share folktales. These sessions created a strong bond between the younger generation and the elderly, as valuable lessons were passed down and children had the opportunity to ask questions and receive thoughtful answers.
Today, however, moonlight storytelling is gradually fading, though not quite dead. Some parents still keep the practice alive within their homes, but television, phones, tablets, and video games have largely taken its place. Yet, I believe that because it is not quite dead, there is hope for its revival.
What meaningful steps can be taken to rekindle this beautiful tradition?

This days people hardly sit outside together at night
This is an excellent use of the prompt! Storytelling is a worldwide phenomenon. A time to be together and pass on traditions. Television shrunk the community. Instead of a community getting together to share stories, families would watch the same story (and often talk about it with friends and colleagues the next day). Now, even "television" is a private event with people watching different shows at different times (sometimes in the same room!).
