‎Failing to take proper care or avoiding a responsibility that is supposed to be yours and then it result in causing harm to others is what we can tagged negligence.
‎
‎Few weeks ago I learnt a staff of a particular compound was sacked because saw what he was supposed to do , but refused to do it. He was a security in a particular compound, so one evening he noticed electric spark from a particular spot in the compound, but he never cared to inform his boss, after a week the spark nearly burnt down the house.
‎
‎When they found out that the security was aware but he choosed to neglect it, he was relieved of his duty.
