Margaret's Test - #ZapFic1OO
Hello Hive. 😃 I'm back again with another @drabble.club microfiction, that is #zapfic100, inspired by the prompt "it's in the appendix" taken from @daily.prompt's post.

Margaret stalked into the lecture hall. There was silence, all the students' heads bent on their reading desk, their minds focused on their task. They'd been that way when she left them three hours ago.
Anxiety and stress were etched on their faces. Her subject was their final paper. It determined their diploma and exit from the school.
She smiled. They never took her seriously at the beginning of the session but at the end, failure danced around them.
"I'll give you a hint. It's in the appendix." Sighs of relief as they searched the last pages of the textbook.
