Once I argue
There are only straight lines
I see no bends or corners
Nothing cuts across
Another argues
There are not one but many paths
Every straight line splitting
More hidden behind
Until my circle widens
My line of sight no longer narrow
Seeing beyond the horizon
Reality in many shades of truth
They are black and white
Clear and delineated
What more could there be?
Surely untruths and unreal
No, there are greys
Shades between straight lines
Neither here nor there
Yet a truth of many
Greys are ever shifting
A side of many faces
Every side revealing a piece
Of many truths in the universe's story.
