This video NFT series by @kobusu was generated with the help of AI, I think it's really cool, either in spite of or because of AI, and it also shows what you can do with AI these days. Just imagine how much work it used to take, before AI, to create a short animation like that, and how many skills you needed to do that.

Not a big deal anymore - there are models on Nightcafe that do much better than that. I had put together a collection of Animations (a few of them are my own) from a wide range of creators. Check them out here (hope you can open/access them): Animation Collection by Otto Rapp on Nightcafe - and should you be interested to try it yourself (my own pro plan costs me a little over $ 10,- a month): Nightcafe Invitation Link, but for starters, the free service is a good way to familiarize yourself with how things work.
