The Many Indifferent and Beautiful Eyes of the City 2018. Acrylic on canvas, 20 x 16"
I just sent to market my first NFT that actually worked. I attempted this once before a couple years ago at a site called Rarible. It was a confusing mess, and I wrote about it here.
Well, this was a much happier process, and even if I never make a single Hive, it was worth it! Itās there. Itās locked to be unlocked for the taking.
Check it out!
I have one issue. There is plenty of Swap.Hive in my wallet, however the platform wonāt let me mint another image. And I have plenty to mint if it will let me in. Iāll troubleshoot for the time being, and hope for the best. If anyone has an idea why this is locking me out, Iām all ears(eyes). Thanks, and please rush out and get your single edition Ron Throop NFT!
Excellent, let me know if this NFT platform works out well.
Itās an easy set up and post, if it was working... Read the comments below. I am having trouble after the first two. If I wasnāt, Iād already have 200 NFTs!
That painting is so good! I love color!
Thank you very much!
Hmm if it won't let you mint again there are a few possibilities... If you try to use the same title again it will reject as a duplicate. Also if not all the fields are complete on the tokenize page it won't let you proceed.
If that isn't the case I would maybe suggest doing a hard refresh of the page, (For Windows/Linux, use Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R. For Mac, use Cmd + Shift + R)
I've never been able to replicate this problem when other people have it but often a hard refresh seems to fix it.
If neither of those solve the problem some more details would be helpful, like where exactly you are encountering the issue, if you are getting an error etc. š
Thank you so much for the feedback!
The first one was minted from my desktop. I tried another and it wouldnāt mint. I went to my phone and was able to upload the lobster, but had a repeat of the problem (on the phone) when I tried again.
Iāll keep at it for a couple days to make sure all my ducks are in a row.
Oh that's strange, happy you got it working in the end! I will do some tests tomorrow and see if I can identify the issue š
