Mushoku Tensei Time Travel Changes Everything!

The other day a "spoiler" appeared that wasn't really a spoiler because it was different from what I'd seen so far. It was a video saying that all of Rudeus's "wives" would have had different paths if something hadn't happened.

The thing is, in the anime, something happened in the last 3-4 episodes that wouldn't have directly impacted their paths, because they stayed with Rudeus, and the video title made it seem like they were going to marry other people... which left me a little confused...

Anyway, the last 3 episodes of the final season of Mushoku Tensei added a huge layer to the story, revealing that the protagonist Rudeus won't actually be the one to confront the main enemy; it reveals who the protagonist's main enemy actually is; and it showed that in the main Mushoku Tensei timeline, Rudeus's situation was terrible after a simple trip to the basement... I think this idea of ​​showing that the work the viewer is watching wasn't all wonderful is very interesting, because it brings a bit of reality to a work of fiction. After all, life is full of ups and downs, successes and failures. When watching an anime where the protagonist is born strong, conquers everything the world has to offer in terms of possessions and relationships, and everything he tries to do is quite disconnected.

In the case of Mushoku Tensei, the last 3 episodes of the season revealed that in the original timeline Rudeus made only one different choice, which was to go to the basement of his house, and the rest of his life was a disaster. Hitogami asked Rudeus to go to the basement, and since up to that point the dialogue had helped Rudeus, he believed and went in the original timeline.

He noticed a rat get scared and run out of the basement. This rat later had some kind of disease and infected Roxy, killing her with an illness that turned her into a kind of purple crystal. Even though Rudeus learned god-tier magic to heal Roxy, he arrived after she had already died.

Afterwards, he became emotionally distraught and began drinking heavily and neglecting his family. The princess and Sylphiette went to Asura and supposedly started a rebellion—something that wasn't exactly proven—which went wrong, and everyone involved was killed. Some time later, Rudeus lost the rest of his family.

The point of divergence occurred when, in the secondary timeline or in the past, while writing in his diary in his room and deciding to go to the basement, he notices a noise in the room. The door closes, and he finds Rudeus from the "Future," who tells him about this whole story and how it was all the work of Hitogami manipulating small variables to prevent Rudeus' descendants from killing him in the future. However, because Rudeus' "Destiny" is very strong, this prediction continues.

It's very different to watch an anime where, after a few seasons, you realize that everything you watched wouldn't actually remain so peaceful, and that the protagonist—the one who will truly defeat the villain—will actually be a descendant of Rudeus, not Rudeus himself. For those who haven't yet seen these last episodes, this twist, the revelations, and starting to see how the story begins to be "fixed" by Future Rudeus's hints is also interesting.

Um dia desses apareceu um "spoiler" que não foi bem spoiler porque foi diferente do que realmente aconteceu pelo que vi até então. Mas foi um vídeo dizendo que todas as "esposas" do Rudeus teriam tido caminhos diferentes se algo não tivesse acontecido.

A questão é que no anime algo aconteceu nos último 3-4 episódios finais e não teria impactado diretamente no caminho delas, porque continuaram com o Rudeus e pelo título do vídeo parecia que ela iriam se casar com outras pessoas... o que me deixou um pouco na dúvida...

De qualquer forma, os últimos 3 episódios da última temporada de Mushoku Tensei adicionaram uma camada gigantesca à obra de que na verdade o protagonista Rudeus na verdade não será quem irá ter o confronto contra o inimigo principal do anime; é relevado quem é de fato o inimigo principal do protagonista; e foi mostrado que na timeline principal de Mushoku Tensei a situação do Rudeus foi péssima depois de uma simples ida ao porão... Eu acho que essa ideia de mostrar que a obra que o expectador está vendo na verdade não foi tudo uma maravilha é muito interessante, porque trás um pouco de realidade para uma obra de ficção. Afinal a vida é repleta de altos e baixos, acertos e erros. Ao ver um anime, em que o protagonista nasce forte, conquista tudo que o mundo tem para oferecer em relação à bens e relacionamentos e tudo que ele tenta dá certo é bem desconexo.

No caso de Mushoku Tensei, os últimos 3 episódios da temporada revelaram que na linha original o Rudeus tomou uma única escolha diferente que foi ir até o porão da sua casa, e todo o restante da sua vida foi uma bomba de ruim. O hitogami pediu para que o Rudeus fosse ao porão, e como até aquele momento, as falas tinham ajudado Rudeus, ele acreditou e foi na linha original.

Ele percebeu que um rato se assustou e correu para fora do porão. Esse rato posteriormente tinha um tipo de doença e infectou a Roxy, matando ela com uma doença que transformou ela em um tipo de cristal roxo. Mesmo o Rudeus aprendendo uma magia de tier deus para curar a Roxy ele chegou depois dela já ter morrido.

Em seguida ele ficou abalado emocionalmente e começou a beber muito e deixar a família de lado. A princesa e a Sylphiette foram para Asura e supostamente iniciaram uma rebelião - algo que não foi comprovado exatamente - que deu errado e todos que participaram foram mortos. E um tempo depois Rudeus perde o restante da família.

O ponto de divergência aconteceu quando na linha secundária ou no passado ao começar a escrever o diário no quarto e decidir ir até o porão ele estranha um barulho no quarto, a porta fecha e ele encontra o Rudeus do "Futuro", que conta sobre toda essa história e como tudo foi obra do Hitogami manipulando pequenas variáveis para impedir que os descendentes do Rudeus matem ele no futuro, mas como o "Destino" de Rudeus é muito forte essa previsão continua.

É muito diferente ver um anime que depois de algumas temporadas você percebe que tudo que assistiu na verdade não continuaria naquela paz toda e que na verdade o protagonista, ou seja, que derrotará o vilão de verdade será um descendente do Rudeus e não ele em si. Para quem ainda não viu esses últimos episódio essa reviravolta e as revelações e começar a ver como a história começa a ser "concertada" pelas dicas do Future Rudeus é interessante também.
