@chefqueen to Answer to your question the earlier the better seems right to do that cause kids now days can be so unpredictable my reason you cant be with them 24/7 sometime at back you don't know what their friends are introducing them to behind their back so it much more safe if they know it from their parents at early age to avoid the latter cause later own they will know when to play safe just talking from personal experience
