Indeed it's a hot seat question, I had to quickly do some certain things before sitting down to type this.
It's not a one person decision because it was a conjunction of two people that formed a baby.
From my point of view and answering the exact question.
I think it's best to go with the woman's final decision because with the man's reasons of maybe he might be financially stable to take care of the mother and child can be substituted.
But the woman reasons of being mentally, physically and health wise doesn't have substitute.
A man might threaten not to take care of the child, the woman might be financially stable to take responsibility and decide not to terminate the baby.
But when a woman's health is compromised and not able to carry the baby, with or without the man being financially stable, it is not enough reason to make the final decision.
