If you have at least 10 (because it's manual so it needs to be worth the effort) then you can send an 0.001 transaction requesting units and pending balance to transfer to a target account. There is a very slow OTC market (ask in the discord).
There are plans for a DAO eventually, and you will be able to tokenize and sell units at 0.50 HIVE, but there is no delivery estimate and it is not being worked on actively at the moment (I ran out of budget, oops! but the market is looking up again so we may resume work on it after we get some issues on the other chain resolved).
