MY WEDNESDAY WALK: SHADOWS ,SHUTTLES, BUSES AND A QUIET🛣️ SCHOOL PARK
Happy Wednesday Walk everyone!
For today's walk, I didn't go far. I just took a walk around our school park here in Awka.
First photo: This is the big parking lot close to our faculty. You can see a silver car parked by the side under the small trees, and some white and blue shuttle buses parked in front. There is a very tall palm tree at the back that I always notice. The park was not too crowded, just a few cars and buses. I was standing on the balcony looking down and I decided to capture it.
Second photo: Still the same parking lot, but I moved a little. You can see a black car on the other side and those small green trees they planted at the edge of the park. The sky was cloudy but still bright and fine. It was quiet, only a man in a red shirt walking to meet the shuttle.
Third photo: While I was looking from above, I saw my own shadow on the ground! And there was a girl with red braids passing below, looking at her phone. I really loved that moment. You can see the green grass they trimmed neatly and the black and white curb stones. My shadow and her shadow made the picture look interesting so I quickly snapped it.
Last photo: I walked to the other side of the park. You can see a man in a blue shirt standing in the middle of the park, checking his phone. Behind him are big trees, that small kiosk shop under the tree, and some buildings. The grass in front is still green and well kept. I sat there for a few minutes before going back.
What I learned from today's walk:
- You don't need to walk far to enjoy Wednesday Walk. Even our school park has its own beauty if you look well.
- I noticed how quiet and clean the place was today. No noise, just trees and breeze.
- Sometimes seeing things from the top gives you a different view of places you see every day.
That was my simple walk for today. Short, but it gave me peace.
