RE: In the surroundings of Plaza Diego Ibarra

That square despite the imposing buildings that surround it and that those two towers are very iconic and representative of the architecture of the city in the 50s does not seem to me that it is pleasant to be and watch people pass by as if it happens in other downtown squares such as Plaza Bolivar because as you say there is no shade. But it is a very large space that in the photos I can't capture how big it is.
