As far as snow, it depends on the year. This year we got a lot more than last year. Not sure how much in all. But if I was to guess it would be around 2ft or 60cm.
We have some daffodils that grow in the corner of our yard. I am waiting for them to sprout and bloom. Once I see those, I will know spring is real close or here.

Well I saw a load more crocuses and daffodils out whilst I was going to and from physio.
2 ft is a fair old amount. Mrs T is from Colorado so laughs whenever the UK gets a little snowstorm .. snow you don't know the meaning of snow lol
